This document (Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy – hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Privacy Policy") is an expression of care for the rights of people visiting our website and using the services offered through it. It is also the fulfillment of the information obligation arising from art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation personal data - "GDPR").

We want everyone who visits our Website to know how they can protect their privacy. Therefore, we encourage all visitors to read this Privacy Policy.
We ensure that your data obtained as part of the website is particularly protected and secured against access by unauthorized persons. The Privacy Policy is made available to all interested entities by placing it on the Website in the "Privacy Policy" tab, and the website itself is open.

SL Express may collect personal data and data of a different nature. The collection of this data takes place, depending on their nature – automatically or as a result of the actions of website visitors.

III. Types of data collected and the purpose of its collection

The website collects users' personal data as follows:

  1. by using cookies (so-called cookies);
  2. by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator home.pl S.A. operating at https://home.pl.

The data administrator does not disclose personal data to entities other than authorized under the applicable law.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely.

IV. Using the Website (logs)

By entering our Website, your browser will transfer some data to our web server. These activities are performed for technical reasons and necessary to provide the required information. SL Express automatically obtains access to public IP addresses from which visitors browse the Website's information content and data contained in log logs (HTTP queries). To facilitate access to the website, the following data is collected, used and stored for a short time:

To protect the legitimate interests of SL Express, we store this data for a limited period of time. Thanks to this, we can track personal data in the event of an attempt or unauthorized access to our servers.

These data are not associated with specific persons browsing the Website.

The collected data is used for the purposes of administering the Website, for statistical purposes and to ensure the most efficient service provided hosting services. The basis for data processing is the implementation of our legitimate interests of the administrator in the form of administration and operation of the Website (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR). VI. Website analysis

We use Google Analytics on our Website, a website analysis service offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

Google analyses the use of our Website on our behalf. For this purpose, Google uses cookies described in more detail in the table above (optional cookies). Information collected by Google in connection with the use of our Website (e.g. referring URL, pages visited by you, browser type, language settings, operating system, screen resolution) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where they are stored and analyzed. Their results are made available to us in an anonymous form. Your usage data is not connected to your full IP address in this process. On our Website, we have activated the IP anonymity function offered by Google, which removes the last 8 digits (type IPv4) or the last 80 bits (type IPv6) of the IP address. Also, Google is certified in the area of Privacy Protection in the EU and the US which ensures that an adequate level of data protection is maintained concerning the processing of data by Google in the USA.

You can withdraw your consent to the use of web analysis at any time by downloading and installing the appropriate Google browser plugin in which case the cookie file type will be used the opt-out. Both options prevent the use of website analysis as long as you use the browser in which the plug-in has been installed or the opt-out cookie has not been deleted.

VII. Website users' rights regarding their personal data

In accordance with art. 15 - 22 GDPR, every website user has the following rights:

1. Right of access to data (Article 15 GDPR)

The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation from the administrator whether personal data concerning him are being processed, and if this is the case, he is entitled to access it. In accordance with art. 15 the administrator will provide the data subject with a copy of the personal data being processed.

2. Right to rectify data (Article 16 GDPR)

The data subject has the right to request the administrator to immediately rectify personal data that is incorrect.

3. The right to delete data ('right to be forgotten') (Article 17 of the GDPR)

The data subject has the right to request the administrator to immediately delete personal data concerning him, and the Administrator is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following circumstances occurs:
a) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
b) the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based
c) the data subject raises an objection pursuant to Article 21 paragraph 1 GDPR towards processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing.

4. Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)

The data subject has the right to request the Administrator to limit processing in the following cases:
a) when the data is incorrect – in time for their correction;
b) the data subject has objected under Article 21 paragraph 1 GDPR towards processing - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the administrator prevail over the grounds of the objection of the data subject;
c) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, demanding instead a restriction on their use.

5. Right to move data (Article 20 GDPR)

The data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data concerning him which he has provided to the administrator, and has the right to send this personal data to another administrator without hindrance from the administrator to whom this personal data was provided. The data subject has the right to request that personal data be sent by the administrator directly to another administrator if it is technically possible. The law referred to in this point may not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

6. Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)

If personal data is processed for direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

The users' rights to the Website may be exercised for a fee in cases where the applicable law provides for it.

If the above rights are violated or the website user finds that his data is processed by the administrator contrary to applicable law, the website user has the right to complain about the supervisory authority.
